Full Life Agency / Legal information
Privacy and personal data protection
Full Life Agency operates as an individual enterprise in France and is committed to respecting the privacy, security and confidentiality of client and visitor data.
1. Collection and purposes
We process information you voluntarily provide: name, email, country, company, telephone / WhatsApp, current website and project details. Required fields are identified in the form; without them we cannot process the enquiry.
We use these details to assess enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver agreed services and provide technical follow-up. Legal bases include precontractual steps at your request, performance of a contract and legal obligations. Website security is based on our legitimate interest.
2. Confidentiality and recipients
We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for their commercial or advertising purposes. Access is limited to people working on the assignment and necessary technical providers.
Cloudflare provides hosting and website protection. Automatic form delivery, when enabled, uses Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile antispam protection. When you choose email, WhatsApp or a social network, that channel provider also applies its own privacy policy.
3. Security and retention
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and restricted access. No transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.
Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Contractual and accounting records are archived for the periods required by French law. Once these purposes end, data is deleted or anonymised.
4. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR Articles 15–21, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, contact faleconosco@fulllifeweb.fr. You may also complain to the French supervisory authority, CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
5. International transfers and tracking
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and its processing agreements, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where necessary. HTTPS secures transport; it is not, on its own, a legal transfer safeguard.
This version loads no advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Mechanisms strictly necessary for operation and security may be used. Future non-essential trackers will require updated information and prior consent where required.
