Starting fees for the stated scopes, subject to the brief. For custom services, the investment is defined after reviewing the project. The proposal confirms the cost before work begins.
DELIVERY / NO GREY AREAS
The quote separates build, setup and ongoing care. Each monthly fee covers defined activities, limits and responsibilities.
The proposal sets deliverables, revisions, timelines, responsibilities, third-party costs and what happens after launch. No implied promise of unlimited support.
06 / WHAT CHANGES THE INVESTMENT
No French VAT is charged. Payment terms and any third-party costs are itemised in the quotation.
Domain, hosting, platform, plugins, stock imagery and licences are quoted separately and identified in the proposal.
Translation, full copywriting, photography, filming, printing and ad spend are excluded unless explicitly stated in the scope.
Two revision rounds on creative deliverables. Extra requests, new pages and scope changes are agreed before implementation.
Naming, printed applications, platforms, integrations, extra languages or bespoke strategy: we define the scope before quoting.
IMPACT / CRITERIA BEFORE PROMISES
A website supports decisions. Content builds recognition. Advertising creates distribution. Outcomes also depend on demand, the offer, sales follow-up and the client’s operation.
Website
Measure qualified visits, confirmed submissions, enquiry conversion and technical performance.
Social media
Track qualified reach, saves, profile/site clicks and assisted enquiries — not just followers.
Paid campaigns
Review cost per qualified enquiry, attributable sales, CAC and margin. Clicks are not sales.
A conditional simulation, not a Full Life forecast. Use your own data or explicitly chosen assumptions. No values means no estimate.
Fill in all six fields to explore a scenario.
Math: visits × enquiry rate × close rate; revenue × margin − marketing. Sales may be fractional because these are statistical averages. Contribution is not net profit: not all fixed costs, taxes or seasonality are included. Zero or lower performance is also possible.
For a commercial forecast: establish a baseline, research demand/CPC where relevant and test ranges of assumptions. Revise against observed data; without a history there is no defensible improvement rate.
07 / USEFUL QUESTIONS
Each price corresponds to the stated scope. Page count, features, available material and content production may change the investment. The final proposal confirms deliverables, limits and cost before work begins.
It is not automatically included in the creation fee. The need depends on the platform and its operation. Technical care, SEO and paid campaign management are separate services.
The files and access specified in the contract, along with handover guidance. Domain, platform and third-party accounts should be set up in the client’s name where possible.
These scopes are starting points, not creative limits. Tell us the context so we can combine the right disciplines in a specific proposal.
We start with your goals, audience and available content. The schedule depends on the service, supplied materials and approvals. Stages, dates and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal before work begins.
